Community Website Award

Truth in Focus Community Website Award

Truth in Focus is sponsoring the 2026 Community Website Award to help three eligible grassroots or community-serving projects establish a professional online presence. Website design and development will be provided in kind by Bullcoming Enterprises / Zion Tech Services.

Three projects will be selected

Up to three applicants will be chosen based on the strength of their proposals, community benefit, need, feasibility, and readiness to participate in the website-building process.

What each selected project receives

Each selected project may receive website design and development valued at up to $599, based on the current Bullcoming Enterprises Business Plus introductory package.

  • Mobile-friendly website design
  • Up to 10 pages, depending on project needs
  • Basic contact or inquiry form
  • Blog or news capability when appropriate
  • Basic analytics and search-engine setup
  • Basic site structure and a site-management walkthrough

Potential total community value: up to $1,797 in website design and development across three selected projects.

What applicants must provide

  • Project or organization name
  • A clear explanation of what the project does and who it serves
  • What they want the website to accomplish
  • Desired pages, features, or information they want included
  • A logo they are authorized to use
  • Photos or other images they want included, with permission to use them
  • Existing written content, or enough accurate approved information for Bullcoming Enterprises to help draft website text
  • Current contact information
  • The name of the person who will review the site and be responsible for keeping information current
  • Whether they already own a domain name

Applicants remain responsible for reviewing and approving their final text, images, names, claims, and contact information before launch.

Domain and hosting

The award covers the website build. A separate domain name, paid third-party services, premium software, and ongoing hosting or maintenance are not automatically included.

A selected project may use a domain it already owns, purchase an appropriate domain, or – when practical and approved – use a Bullcoming-controlled subdomain instead of purchasing a separate domain.

Who may apply

  • Grassroots or community-serving projects
  • Educational, cultural, service-oriented, faith-aware, or other public-benefit projects
  • Projects with a clear purpose and an identifiable person responsible for the project
  • Projects prepared to provide the materials and approvals needed to complete the site

Priority may be given to projects serving the Northern Cheyenne area and surrounding Eastern Montana communities. For-profit businesses are not eligible for the no-cost award, but may inquire separately about Bullcoming Enterprises website services.

How selection works

This is not a raffle or random drawing. Applications will be reviewed using published criteria including community benefit, demonstrated need, clarity of purpose, who the project serves, whether a website would materially help, project feasibility, and readiness to complete the site.
